Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable as they represent costs incurred in delivering your order.

Refund Process

Refunds are always made through the same payment channel used for the purchase for example:

  • Orders paid via credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card.
  • Orders paid via PayPal services will be refunded to the same account.

Processing Time for Refunds

After refund approval, please allow 10 days for the transaction to reflect in your account. The actual time frame depends on your financial institution or payment provider’s processing speed.

Aura Vorte initiates the refund immediately upon approval, but external banking systems or credit card processors may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
