30 Days. We accept return for both defective and non defective products.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return. Products missing original packaging or tags will also be declined.
Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping, including the return label. For both defective and non-defective items. In case of defective items the cost of shipping will be adjusted in the exchange or refund process. Aura Vorte does not provide prepaid return labels for returns.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the return receipt until your return is confirmed. Aura Vorte cannot be held liable for returns lost or damaged in transit if shipped without tracking.
Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during return transit.
