Once your order is placed and payment is successfully completed, our fulfillment team begins processing your items immediately. All orders go through quality checks, packaging, and labeling before shipment.

The handling time for every order is between 1 to 3 business days. This time frame allows us to carefully prepare your order and ensure that every item meets our quality standards before dispatch. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Our order cut-off time aligns with our business hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00). Orders received after 5:00 PM or during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Transit Time and Total Delivery Duration

Once shipped, your order enters the transit stage. The transit time meaning the time taken by our shipping partner to deliver the package after dispatch is typically 3 to 6 business days.

Combining both handling and transit times, the total estimated delivery time for all orders is 4 to 9 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high seasonal demand. However, we always strive to ensure that deliveries remain within the promised window.

We continuously monitor the performance of our shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. If there is ever a delay beyond the expected time frame, we will notify you via email with updated tracking information and an estimated new delivery date.

Shipping Charges

Aura Vorte charges a flat shipping fee of $18 on all orders, regardless of order size, weight, or destination within the United States. This fixed rate ensures transparency there are no hidden costs or additional fees applied at checkout.

Shipping charges are clearly displayed before final payment, allowing you to review the total order cost. The shipping fee covers packaging, handling, carrier delivery, and order tracking services to ensure a smooth and reliable shipment process.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Aura Vorte ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout to avoid any delivery delays or returns.

If you accidentally provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We may be able to update it before your order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make address changes.

Order Tracking and Delivery Updates

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor the delivery progress. Tracking information generally becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

You can use this tracking number to check your shipment’s current status, estimated arrival date, and carrier updates at any time. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking details to stay informed about the delivery timeline.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us our team will gladly assist you in locating your shipment.

Delivery Process and Responsibility

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure safety and timely delivery. Our carriers will deliver packages directly to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, a delivery attempt notice may be left by the courier with instructions for re-delivery or local pickup.

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Aura Vorte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery address where someone will be available to receive your package. For any concerns related to delivery confirmation, you may contact the courier directly using the provided tracking number.

Delays, Damages, or Lost Packages

While we make every effort to deliver your orders within the promised time frame, unexpected circumstances such as weather disruptions, logistics issues, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

If your order appears to be delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. In rare cases where a package is confirmed lost, Aura Vorte will issue a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For damaged packages, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can investigate and provide a solution promptly.
